MoneyWorld may, at its discretion and without liability or default, choose not to effect any Telelgraphic Transfer as it deems fit.
All charges incurred outside of Singapore are payable by the beneficiaries unless otherwise specified
MoneyWorld reserves the right to draw this Telegraphic Transfer on a different place from that specified by the sender if operational circumstances so requires.
MoneyWorld reserves the right to revise all Telegraphic Transfer charges from time to time without prior notice.
Telegraphic Transfers are dispatched entirely at the sender's own risk.
Encashment of the remittance is subject to the rules and regulations and the market practices of the country of payment. Neither MoneyWorld Asia, nor its correspondents or agents shall be liable for any loss or delay arising from such rules & regulations or market practice.
MoneyWorld Asia accepts no responsibility for any delay, or omission in the transmission of message or data or from its misinterpretation when received. It is understood that the message is to be sent entirely at the applicant's risk.

Submission of enquires can only be done 7 days after the transaction has taken place. A $20 (subject to prevailing GST rates) investigation fee (IF) will be imposed upon submission of enquiry. The remittance amount in Singapore Dollars will be placed in the 'Trust Fund' during investigation. Upon receipt of the result of the investigation, if the error is caused by customers providing incomplete or incorrect information, the IF of $20 (and any prevailing GST rates) shall not be refunded. Otherwise, the IF and the Telegraphic Transfer commission fee shall be refunded. |
MoneyWorld Asia reserves the right to disclose all information relating to the application and the transfer to the relevant government authorities of any jurisdiction upon their request.
The application and these conditions shall be governed by and entrusted in accordance with Singapore Law. |
